Cleanliness, decor, overall large place. Matt was very helpful & friendly. Liked that there are 2 pools and access to places (coffee place) via the Skywalk. Included garage parking was great! Good location to get to Canal Park.

Great location, staff and rooms. If you’re pool party people you’ll be happy - we had an early morning start and needed a early night. Pool is in a central atrium surrounded by many floors or room entrances. Saturday during high season was like going to a water polo contest with 50-100+ screaming kids. If you need quiet make sure you book accordingly. Staff was pleasant but couldn’t re-room us. They were fairly prompt about the 10pm closing time for the pool/hot tub but the loud groups hung out for nearly another hour around the closed gates…just outside our room door.

Really enjoyed the location - I booked this hotel for its close vicinity to an appointment I had downtown and everything was in walking distance.

Our stay was good. Room was good, pool looked good although we did not have time to use it. There was a conference going on so there were lines at the restaurant so we didn't eat there. Overall good! We really liked having the option of two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. That worked great for three travelers.

I've never seen a stainless steel pool before, it was very nice and clean. The front desk was very hospitable and parking was ideal. We requested a room nearest the parking area and they were more than able to accommodate our need. We came for a family medical procedure, so the location was ideal being only 5 minutes away from the hospital. The hotel (directly) offers a medical rate if you contact them. We would definitely use this facility again.

The pool was nice and conveniently located across from our room. The hotel is attached to a public parking garage, that was a major deciding factor as to where to stay as we were driving a convertible.

The location, the staff, the commute to the local canal park was nice especially the connection to the skywalk was very nice.
